1. Acceptance
By accessing or using MetronTalent you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service
MetronTalent is an Azure-hosted, AI-assisted SaaS recruitment platform operated by Prassix. Candidate and customer data is processed on the service infrastructure and by the subprocessors identified in the Privacy Policy and applicable Data Processing Agreement.
Matching scores, rankings and explanations support human review. They do not make an autonomous hiring or rejection decision.
3. Account Obligations
- Provide accurate registration and billing information.
- Maintain separate credentials for each authorized recruiter and protect them from sharing or misuse.
- Ensure a lawful basis, required notices and appropriate access controls for all recruitment data submitted to the service.
- Comply with applicable data-protection, employment and equality laws.
4. Subscription, Recruiter Seats & Payment
Starter, Professional and Business are charged in EUR per active recruiter seat, monthly or annually in advance. The first three paid seats of an organization are charged at list price. The fourth paid seat and each later paid seat receive a 10% discount on that seat, irrespective of plan. Hiring Pass is excluded and Enterprise follows the signed proposal.
Upgrades and added seats may take effect immediately after a prorated price preview. Downgrades, seat removals and monthly/annual billing changes take effect at the next renewal. Added annual seats are charged only for the remaining annual period. Charges for the organization are consolidated in one company invoice.
5. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful use or discrimination against candidates.
- No reverse-engineering of AI models.
- No resale without written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All IP belongs to Prassix. Candidate data remains property of the uploading party.
7. Limitation of Liability
Platform provided as is. Total liability capped at fees paid in preceding 12 months.
8. Support & Service Levels
Hiring Pass, Starter and Professional include email support on a best-effort basis. Business includes priority email support on a best-effort basis; priority means queue ordering and is not a guaranteed response time. No contractual uptime, response-time or recovery SLA applies unless it is expressly included in a signed Enterprise or other written agreement.
9. Termination & Data Deletion
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid billing period. If a subscription then lapses and is not renewed, access is suspended and the current service configuration provides a 7-day export and renewal window. At the end of that window, organization data, including accounts, candidates, CVs, jobs and match history, is permanently deleted from the live service. Short-lived recovery copies expire under the backup-retention schedule. Invoices and other records that must be preserved by tax or other law are retained for the applicable statutory period.
10. Governing Law
Greek law. Courts of Athens, Greece.
