NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

1. Purpose. To enable use of MetronTalent and define confidentiality obligations for both parties.
2. Confidential Information. Includes candidate data, CV content, job requirements, and business processes.
3. Obligations. Hold in strict confidence. Do not disclose to third parties. Use only for operating the Platform.
4. Data Processing. Candidate data is processed on MetronTalent’s Microsoft Azure infrastructure and by the subprocessors disclosed in the applicable privacy and contractual materials. Prassix processes customer recruitment data only to provide the service and on the Client’s documented instructions, subject to the Data Processing Agreement.
5. Exclusions. Does not apply to publicly known information or disclosures required by law.
6. Duration. Subscription period plus 3 years thereafter.
7. Governing Law. Greek law. Courts of Athens, Greece.
